Q You say there's no disagreement between the President and the military, so does the President believe this 75 percent territorial goal is realistic?
MR. McCLELLAN: Well, look, I'll see if there's any more to it, John. I think the military is the one who is outlining those various benchmarks that you're bringing up and so I'm sure he was speaking for what the military is hoping to achieve. I don't have any reason to contradict what he said. I don't have any more on it than that. Go ahead, Suzanne.
