MR. McCLELLAN: Like I said, you can understand why I'm skeptical, because they've made such comments in the past. You can understand I'm skeptical on other issues, given their history on some of those issues, and their behavior. We'll have to see. It could be useful, but we'll have to see. If they were to change their behavior when it comes to Iraq and play a more helpful role, and support the Iraqi people as they move forward on developing a lasting democracy -- which is what they have shown they want -- then it could be useful.
